Our Programs
The Center for Regulation, Policy and Governance (CRPG) leads collaborative programs that advance open government, food sovereignty, and sustainable development. Our work brings together government reformers, civil society activists, researchers, and marginalized communities to build more equitable, transparent, and resilient systems.

Our Approach
Participatory Design
Programs are co-designed with participants, ensuring local knowledge and lived experience shape content, methods, and outcomes. We practice power-sharing in decision-making.
Capacity Building
We invest in long-term capacity—not one-off events. Training includes facilitator guides, resource libraries, and follow-up support for sustained behavior change.
Network Strengthening
Programs create durable professional networks. Peer learning, cross-community trust-building, and collaborative problem-solving outlast project timelines.
Evidence-Based Learning
All programs employ rigorous monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) methodologies—outcome harvesting, photovoice, participatory assessment—to adapt in real-time and demonstrate impact.
